周五中午刷到马斯克评论了一条帖子，我注意到里面提到一只狗。但原文太长，加上当时流动性一般，我直接忽略了这个看似简单的回复。

结果没过多久，我突然在外盘看到这个币，我感觉不对劲，如果只是单纯的狗不应该射这么快，回去仔细读了原文，才发现有人在提议把 ASTEROID 作为 SpaceX 的吉祥物：

当时我就意识到，这是个机会——虽然没落地，但绝对有炒作空间。

而且“ASTEROID”这个名字我很有印象，之前被炒过。在这种“同名叙事”里，市场往往会选择 OG。我刚好看到自己关注的聪明钱在买一个旧的 ASTEROID（JEEd9FnMK4JcrnsQLMYvfJMkxm7Twh656QQExgqrpump），我就直接跟了。

那时候，老币和后来冲到千万市值的新币在争龙头，我其实是更看好老币的。但很快我发现，有个老外买了一个更早的版本——意识到自己拿的可能不是 OG，我直接清仓，换进了一个 585 天前的更老合约（DmbEebmmYXjXXbN3DUDXuE1KA8iDhjh2rZ71hTFLpump）。

但问题来了，这个也没有 OG 标识。

这时候我反应过来：既然短时间内无法确定谁是龙头、谁是真 OG，那最优解其实是——先去以太吃 Beta。

我转去以太一搜，很快找到了对应标的，6.6w 市值直接买了 650U。更关键的是，我跟踪的聪明钱一个都没上，这反而让我更确定：这是一个“纯 Beta”机会。

我当时想过把 CA 扔到推特，但最后没发——觉得 Beta 上限有限，不值得扩散，把人浇了也不好。（脑子里当时想到了 ANI和chibi：ani在Sol 上接近 1 亿市值，但以太只有不到 200 万，chibi更是弱仅仅800k）

所以我的预期是：
Sol 那边我找不到龙头的情况下，买以太等别人cx beta吃一吃也蛮不错的。

接下来事情也确实按这个剧本走了——以太这边开始慢慢爬，我一路涨一路卖，然后，人就看傻了。

最高 1.85 亿市值，从我入场点算，2800 倍。

现在回头看，这不是运气问题，是认知盲区：

1. 别让“经验茧房”杀死机会
因为之前 ani和chibi都在 Solana 爆发，我下意识认为 Meme 主战场永远在 Sol，忽略了以太坊对“顶级 IP + 情绪叙事”的资金承载力。

2. 熊市更要给叙事时间发酵
我用的是常规震荡思维止盈，但忽略了马斯克这种级别事件的破圈能力——这种共识是需要时间形成的，短期波动不应该成为离场理由。

3. 早期布局要有容错
如果当时哪怕留一部分仓位观察，结果会完全不同。大叙事下，应该多链布局，而不是思维固化——市场从来没规定，龙头一定在 Sol

A retired couple used basic math to win $26 MILLION from the lottery and every dollar of it was legal

Jerry Selbee was 64 years old, had a math degree he'd barely used, and had just sold the convenience store he ran for 17 years

Retirement was supposed to be quiet until he walked back into his old store one morning in 2003 and picked up a brochure for a new state lottery game called Winfall

He read it in three minutes. By the time he walked out the door he knew exactly how to beat it

Unlike Mega Millions where the jackpot keeps building until someone hits all six numbers, Winfall had a mechanic called a "rolldown"

When the jackpot hit $5 million and nobody matched all six, the prize money rolled down and got split among people who matched five, four, or three numbers. The lottery commission announced rolldowns in advance

Jerry did the math standing in the parking lot. If he spent $1,100 on tickets during a rolldown, probability said he'd land roughly one four number match worth $1,000 and about 18 or 19 three number matches worth a combined $900

That's $1,900 back on an $1,100 bet. An automatic $800 profit every single time

He tested it. Bought $3,600 in tickets during the first rolldown. Won $6,300. Then bet $8,000 and nearly doubled it. He still hadn't told his wife

One night around a campfire he told Marge what he'd been doing. She didn't even flinch. She just looked at the numbers and said it made sense

They formed a corporation called GS Investment Strategies and sold shares to friends and family at $500 each

By spring 2005 their club had 25 members including three state troopers, a factory plant manager, and a bank vice president

They played Winfall 12 times in Michigan and won over $2.6 million. Then Michigan shut the game down

Within weeks one of their investors emailed Jerry Massachusetts had a near identical game called Cash Winfall

Jerry looked it up. Took him ten minutes to confirm the same math worked

So this retired couple started driving 900 miles to Massachusetts every time a rolldown was announced. Spending over $600,000 per play. Buying hundreds of thousands of $2 tickets. Sorting through 300,000+ of them by hand in a motel room

They weren't the only ones. A group of MIT students discovered the same loophole during a math class project, formed a company, and started buying tickets in bulk

Over seven years they cleared at least $3.5 million in profit. Same rate of return as the Selbees almost to the decimal. Neither group knew about the other for years

In 2011 the Boston Globe got a tip about abnormally high ticket volume at certain stores. People assumed corruption, organized crime, rigged machines. The state treasurer shut the game down and launched a full investigation

The inspector general subpoenaed documents, interviewed dozens of people, and pulled financial records. They found nothing. No insider access, no hacked systems and 0 bribes

The Selbees grossed over $26 million across both states. Net profit after ticket costs was roughly $7.75 million before taxes. They kept $18 million worth of losing tickets in 60 plastic tubs in their barn just in case of a federal audit

They never bought a sports car. Never got a hot tub. Never took a lavish vacation. They used the money to renovate their house and pay for their grandchildren's college educations. Marge kept baking butterscotch pies

Kelp 被盗 116,500 rsETH 事件，初步分析了下：

- 其使用的 LayerZero 跨链是 1/1 DVN 配置，也就是经典的“单签”配置，而 LayerZero 官方文档默认推荐的是 2/2

- 这个“单签单点”可能也是被社工手法干掉，当然这是猜测，具体等调查

- 攻击者在以太坊成功卷走 116,500 rsETH，实际上还尝试了两次继续卷 40,000 rsETH 失败了，攻击者手续费来自 Tornado Cash

- 116,500 rsETH 分散洗走，压力丢给了各质押平台，尤其 Aave，现在巨额坏账

- 那么最终谁来承担这些损失？就看相关受影响平台的进一步信息了…

In my teens and 20's I would spend way too much time playing Starcraft and Civilization. Harvesting resources, building things, and expanding was super addictive to my brain - to an almost unhealthy degree.

Later I realized that entrepreneurship and business is the ultimate game. It scratches the same itch for me (resources, building, expanding), but you're actually contributing to humanity at the end of the day, which can be much more fulfilling.

Business is also much more positive sum than video games. In Starcraft, the other player has to lose for you to win. In business, there is competition, but in a growing market there can be multiple winners. And gains compound long term (it's a infinite game) instead of starting over each time.

Now days I prefer to watch pros play video games to unwind, instead of playing video games myself. But a quick game can still be fun here and there to unwind. By contrast, the game of business is played over many decades.
